Processing Time
All items are handmade and hand dyed to order (by me) and can take anywhere between 4 weeks to 4 months or more to be made depending on current volume of orders ahead of yours unless otherwise specified. This time does not include shipping time. If you purchase Express or Overnight shipping, that affects the speed of shipping time only, not processing time. I can also work to meet your deadline if you can let me know when it is with your order. If you have any questions, feel free to message me!
Return/Exchange Policy
Returns for refund are not accepted with any items ordered through Sew Red. If unsatisfied with item(s), please Contact me within 5 days upon receipt of order and a possible authorization of a one time exchange for another item or up to one year of store credit, is optional. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached when returned to be eligible for exchange. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.

Shipping Times
Domestic: USPS Priority Flat Rate: 2-3 days (excluding Sunday), sometimes a day or two longer if there are carrier delays. USPS Priority Express Overnight: 1-2 days (excluding Sunday)
International: USPS International Priority Flat Rate: 6-10 business days; USPS Priority Express: 3-5 business days.
